Terms & Conditions for Using the digi28 Malaysia Platform

01Eligibility & Account Registration

The digi28 platform is open to all Malaysian citizens and residents who meet the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list held by a gambling regulatory body.
• You are not using a VPN or proxy service to conceal your true location.
• Only one account is permitted per individual, IP address, device, or household.

During registration, digi28 may request identity verification documents including your national ID, passport, or other supporting documents to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

02Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policy

All financial transactions on the digi28 platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). digi28 does not accept or process foreign currencies in any form.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (in accordance with anti-money laundering principles).
• Full identity verification is required for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 within 24 hours.
• Digi28 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for up to 72 hours for security review purposes where necessary.
• Silver members: withdrawals processed within 30 minutes–2 hours; Gold members: 10 minutes; Platinum members: instant.

03digi28 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Digi28 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms as stated in the respective bonus terms, and the following conditions apply generally to all digi28 offers.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering amount has been met. The standard wagering requirement is 20x–35x the bonus value, depending on the type of offer.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each player is eligible to receive only one bonus per promotion, regardless of the number of deposits made.
• Maximum Bonus Withdrawal Limit: Some bonuses have a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings. This limit is clearly stated in the terms of each offer.
• Exclusive Betting: Bets placed in demo mode or using free credits do not count towards bonus wagering requirements.

04Game Rules

The digi28 platform offers a wide range of game categories including Live Casino, table games, slots, and Sports Betting. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game's interface. The following are general rules applicable to all digi28 game categories.

• All game results processed by the system are final and not subject to dispute, unless there is clear evidence of a significant technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, digi28 will use system records to determine a fair outcome. Any unresolved bets at the time of the disruption will be voided and the relevant balances refunded.
• The use of any third-party software, bots, or automated tools to influence or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of digi28's terms.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed are those at the time the bet is confirmed, not when it is placed. digi28 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player except in specific cases outlined in the Sports Betting terms.

05Account Security & Player Responsibility

The security of your digi28 account is a shared responsibility between the platform and the player. digi28 provides enterprise-grade security systems, but players also have an important role to play in keeping their accounts safe.

• Players are solely responsible for ensuring their digi28 account password is unique, strong, and not shared with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, unless you have reported unauthorised access to digi28 in writing within 24 hours of becoming aware of it.
• Digi28 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Players are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via account settings for an added layer of security.
• Any attempt to access another person's account, even with their permission, is a violation of our terms and may result in both accounts being permanently closed.

06Responsible Gambling

Digi28 is committed to responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help players better manage their gambling habits. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a burden.

• Deposit Limit: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. These limits take effect within 24 hours of being set.
• Loss Limit: Players may set a maximum loss limit for a given period. Gaming will be automatically suspended once the limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

07Cancellation, Suspension & Account Closure

Digi28 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account under the following circumstances, without prior notice and without liability to the player:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Reasonable suspicion that the player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual or within the same household.
• Use of a VPN, proxy, or any other means to conceal your actual location.
• The use of bots, third-party software, or any unauthorised means to influence gameplay.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If an account is closed for reasons other than fraud, any valid funds (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

08digi28 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, digi28 and its affiliated companies are not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by the player as a result of using the platform, except where such losses are directly caused by a verifiable technical failure on the part of digi28.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or decisions by regulatory authorities.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the digi28 platform.
• Any losses resulting from the player's own negligence or failure to maintain the security of their account.

09Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Digi28 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
